Position: Executive Director of a manufacturing enterprise

A private enterprise specializing in engineering and technical services (metal processing, manufacturing of metal structures) is looking for a strategic manager. The company has a stable portfolio of orders and production capacity, but needs systemic transformation and modernization.

Mission of the role

To transform an existing enterprise into a modern, efficient and profitable business through the implementation of strategic changes, attracting new customers, optimization of processes and team development.

 Main duties

• Development and implementation of the company's development strategy with a focus on modernization, efficiency and scaling

• Expansion of the service portfolio and entry into new market segments

• Attracting strategic partners and representing the company's interests on external platforms

• Full management of financial and economic activities, including P&L control, budgeting and cost optimization
