Requirements for candidates:
Education and work experience:
- Full higher education (master, specialist) in the field of knowledge "Social and behavioral sciences" with the specialty "Economics", or in the field of knowledge "International Relations" with the specialty "International Economic Relations", or in the field of knowledge "Management and Administration" with the specialties "Accounting and Taxation", or "Finance, Banking, Insurance and the Stock Market" , or in the field of knowledge "Law" with the specialty "Law";
- Experience of working in the field of procurement (including methodological support of the procurement process) for at least 10 years, in particular in managerial positions in the field of procurement (public procurement) for at least 5 years;
- Experience of organizing contractual work;
- Experience of participation in projects to transform the procurement process and contractual work;
- Knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".
Skills and personal qualities:
- Systemic thinking (understanding of the general concept, the ability to forecast, the scale of thinking);
- Leadership (including the ability to create a team and unite the efforts of one's own and other units of the organization in achieving the goal);
- Organization and innovation (application of new methods, international experience for planning, conducting procurement, taking into account the specifics of NBU procurement and the limitations of legislation on public procurement);

Additional requirements:
- Proficiency in English at the level not lower than B2;

- Training in advanced procurement programs;
- Availability of experience in working with specialized software complexes (SAP), in particular in the direction of automation/transformation of the procurement process, contractual work;
- Availability of experience in the transformation of the procurement process into electronic document management systems (the platform "Vchasno ", AIS "ASKOD", etc.).
