Director of the operations department (production, warehouse) in Indigo, IT-rekruting

We are helping in the search for a Production Director for a Ukrainian confectionery company that manufactures craft sweets from Belgian chocolate. This role involves working with the standardization and implementation of the company's production processes. In particular, in procurement, production, shipments and other directions for the company's transition to the next stage of development. For this role, we are considering candidates with previous work experience in relevant positions in exclusively manufacturing companies. Candidates without relevant work experience will not be considered. Responsibilities: 1. Development of production and warehouse — scaling to the company's goals. Selection of production areas, equipment. Management of repair and construction processes as needed (including project development and calculation of required capacities)2. Planning and budgeting of the work of the unit for 12-18 months ahead. Implementation of the budget 3. Formation and development of the team. Development of systems of motivation and standardization of work4. Automation of accounting and management of order fulfillment, operational processes5. Standardization of work, automation of production and warehouse processes6. Cooperation with outsourced productions — order fulfillment control, selection, communication Team: 80 people (50% production and warehouse, 50% marketing, sales) You will report to: 1. Production and storage of materials; 2. Warehouse 3. Purchasing Previous experience with the process of filling and packaging in production is mandatory!!!
