Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of the online store development plan. Determination of feasibility and making program changes with the most effective use of the resources available in the company. Support for the stable operation of IM software with all the necessary functions. Improvement of IM business processes. implementation of new effective technologies for the functioning and promotion of IP. Initiation and participation in the development and implementation of online advertising campaigns, etc. marketing activity on the Internet. Provision of the maximum tools in the software for the best promotion of IM on the network. Optimization of costs for the improvement and operation of the Internet project. Effective management of the Internet project team Requirements for the candidate: Experience in launching or managing e-commerce projects. Experience in digital marketing, including work with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, etc.; Successful experience in building sales processes. Experience with SEO and knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage. Experience and willingness to systematize business processes, ability to work for results. Knowledge of tools and team management skills. Personal qualities: initiative and creative approach. Ability to plan one's work and implement the plan.
