Director of the online store (Electrical-lighting-services) in UKR.SVITLO.PROM.AVTOMATIKA, TOV

Requirements:

• successful experience in opening an online store from scratch (specialization in electrical and lighting as well as household services) is required;
• professional understanding of online sales, business processes of an online store;
• successfully implemented E-commerce projects;
• understanding of the IT architecture of solutions required for this industry business;
• experience in online marketing (SEO, CPA, CPC), email marketing;
• high level of personal organization, systematic approach to problem solving, the ability to take responsibility for results, high stress resistance.
• Setting up an outsourced task to create an online store.
• Description of all business processes and their control fulfillment

Responsibilities:

• developing a strategy for launching and developing an online store from scratch;
• planning, sales analysis and assortment management;
• advertising companies in social networks (targeting, analysis of reports received from social networks on the spent budget (ER, ERR);
• SMM strategy. Development of FB+ accounts Instagram;
• Didital and PR strategy (brand popularization, building a reputational component);
• analysis of competitors’ market, pricing, analysis of warehouse balances;
• development of a loyalty system for regular customers and launch of one-time promotions;
• attracting additional platforms for selling goods;
• accounting of trade turnover in 1C.
