Conduct negotiations and monitor the fulfillment of the conditions of commercial cooperation with counterparties. Manage the receivables and payables of the Department. Develop directions for the sale of related products, together with the Marketing Department implement the Company's development strategies. Form sales plans for related products and monitor their implementation. Increase revenues and reduce costs of the Department. Organize work on the study of the main factors affecting consumer demand for goods. Control the process of development and approval of category purchasing strategies. Organize and carry out the process of selecting suppliers of non-fuel goods and the terms of cooperation with them. Implement and control the implementation of measures for assortment management, pricing , placement and promotion of goods. Develop measures to stimulate active and passive sales. Use forecasting and demand modeling methods to form a competitive range of products and determine optimal sales volumes. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Higher education in the field of marketing, management or economics. Work experience in the field sales experience for at least 5 years (preferably in the field of non-fuel products). Excellent organizational and communication skills. High level of analytical skills.
