Mandatory requirements:
Experience of working in transport and logistics companies in management positions from 3 years old,
Excellent communication and management skills, ability to negotiate,
Ability to think logically, systematize and analyze,
A confident user of a PC and specialized programs,
Ability to work with a large information, stress resistance, responsibility,
Knowledge of tax legislation, regulatory framework,

Description of main responsibilities:
Managing a logistics company with its own fleet (garbage trucks, etc. transport);
Control of all business processes of the company, execution of plans, compliance with discipline;
Optimization of business processes of transport logistics, minimization of transportation costs;
Development of the company's strategy in the field of transport logistics;
Ensuring the fulfillment of the company's target operating indicators, organization of work and effective interaction of the company's structural units;
Development and implementation of methodological and regulatory materials on logistics;
Formation of the budget;
Building an effective team and personnel development.
