Directorlogistics and distribution center(Effective HAB management, including labor resources management, organization and control of effective processes of reception, storage, accounting and targeted distribution of humanitarian and medical aid.

What to know and be able to:

Full university degree, university diploma or equivalent (Master's level) in a relevant field. 

Knowledge of regulations governing work with charitable aid (for humanitarian teams).pan style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: underline">Main functional responsibilities:

Management of the HAB team (12 employees):effective use and optimization of the number of personnel,establishing the distribution of responsibilities among employees of the Organization, control of work quality.

Work organization composition and management of its operational activities: planning of needs, optimization of volumes, reception, ensuring proper storage, assembly, shipment, analysis and control of balances, work with illiquids.

Organization and control of the process of distribution of humanitarian aid, processing and shipment of requests to recipients of aidOptimization of all processes, crisis management. Building long-term partnerships and communication with donors and partners as needed.

Participation in the formation of the Organization's annual budget.
