Our partner is a company that provides financial services for B2B consumers and is part of the holding (NDA).

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Director, who will lead financial activities and help achieve strategic company goals.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of the company's financial development strategy;
• Ensuring effective management of the company's financial resources;
• Control of compliance with the budget and financial discipline;

• Analysis of the company's financial activities;
• Preparation of financial statements;
• Management of a team of 10 people;
• Interaction with government bodies and counterparties;

• Search and introduction of new financial instruments and technologies.

Wishes for experience:

• Experience in a managerial position in the financial sphere - from 5 years;
• In-depth knowledge of the principles of financial of management;
• Experience with budget and financial reporting;
• Analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Higher education in the field of finance, management, economics or accounting;
• Knowledge of the English language will be a plus.
