Director of the enterprise (poultry factory) in Agrarniy Holding Avangard

"Agrarian Holding Avangard" - the largest producer of eggs and egg products in Ukraine invites the whole team: Director of a poultry farm (Lozuvatka). Candidate requirements: - Higher education; - Experience of working as a director of the enterprise/Chief technologist/Head of production in large farms producing eggs not less than 5 years; - Knowledge of poultry breeding technology, egg production technology; - Knowledge of standards, technical conditions, technical requirements for raw materials, materials and finished products; the equipment of poultry farms, laboratories and the rules for its operation; - Ability to manage people, organizational and managerial skills; - PC skills at the level of an advanced user with good knowledge of Windows applications (MS Word and MS Excel); - Ability to make decisions, understanding business processes; - Initiative, sociability, honesty, result-oriented; Functional responsibilities: - Development, definition and implementation of reasonable resource-saving technological processes and production modes in poultry farming and the budget through obtaining the planned poultry population, gains, egg volumes in terms of of sales and profit; - Reduction of costs of raw materials, materials, labor costs, improvement of the quality of products, work and acceleration of labor productivity growth; - Drawing up plans for equipment and technology, increasing production efficiency, developing technological documentation; are under his command, controlling him (detecting violations of technological discipline and taking measures to eliminate them, observing labor and production discipline); - Increasing the productivity of the herd and the quality of the livestock products obtained; - Developing plans to increase egg production, communicating these plans to subordinates, control and assistance in their implementation; - Daily accounting of livestock products, herd reproduction, use of feed; - Planning/budgeting/accounting; - Poultry farm profitability.
