PJSC "KTCBA" is an engineering and production machine-building company that develops and manufactures products for nuclear and thermal energy facilities, the chemical industry, and the aerospace industry. Our company has been in the rebar construction market for almost 60 years! Functional responsibilities: Organization of the Company's management in its entirety. Development and implementation of enterprise development strategies. Planning, organization of work, ensuring the implementation of strategic indicators, namely: ensuring the production plan, ensuring the implementation of the financial plan, development of new products, development of the Company in existing (nuclear power, aircraft construction) and new industry markets (VPC). Excellent production management skills, ability to plan, organize and control production processes. Ensuring and protecting the interests of the Company in all spheres of activity. Participation in negotiations with key partners, customers, regulatory bodies and state administration bodies. Solving issues in achieving key indicators for the implementation of the Company's budget and implementation of its development strategy. Ensuring the financial stability and profitability of the enterprise. Ensuring interaction with the Supervisory Board and shareholders in the area of ​​competence of the General Director. Organization relations with the Company's partners regarding compliance with the main business contracts and protection of the Company's interests in the event of disputes and disagreements. Organization of work with personnel and motivation of the team. Organization of reservations. Requirements for the candidate: 1. Experience of managing a similar enterprise from 3 years. 2. Experience in effective leadership of a workforce with a multi-level management hierarchy and experience in building an optimal management and communication model. 3. Experience in concluding contracts and conducting negotiations with large international companies. 4. Experience in formulating applications and participating in tender procedures both in Ukraine and on international platforms. 5. Knowledge of finances. Experience in implementing optimal project financing schemes. 6. Practical skills of planning, management and control of budget indicators. 7 Ability to make strategic decisions and lead the enterprise to success. 8.
