The company director should know: /p>

1. Laws, resolutions, decrees, orders, decisions and other normative legal acts of state authorities and local self-government bodies that regulate the order of the enterprise.
2. Profile, specialization and peculiarities of the structure enterprises.
3. Possibilities of effective use of production capacities, existing technological processes, their restructuring or replacement.
4. Modern methods of management and management.
5. Economics, organization of production, labor and management. Directions and principles of development of management, marketing, commercial activity, tax affairs. Ethics of business communication and negotiations.

< strong>Responsibilities of the director:

1. Identifies, formulates, plans, implements and coordinates all types of activities of the enterprise.
2. Determines directions of development of the enterprise in the formation of price, credit and banking, tax and insurance policies, social and foreign economic activities.
3. Organizes the work and effective interaction of production units, workshops and other structural divisions of the enterprise, directs their activities to achieve high rates of development and improvement of production and products.
4. Directs the activities of the personnel to achieve high economic and financial results.
5. Resolves all issues within the limits of the rights granted to him, entrusts the performance of certain organizational and economic functions to other officials: deputy managers, heads of production units of the enterprise.
6. Ensures compliance with the law, active use of legal means to improve management, strengthening contractual discipline and accounting, economic calculation.
7. Implements measures for social protection of the enterprise team, ensuring and maintaining employment of employees .
8. Represents the enterprise in state authorities and in relations with partners.
