Functional duties:

• Business organization and control processes at the enterprise;
• Ensuring the implementation of production plans and achievement of key performance indicators;
• Personnel management, including selection, training and motivation of employees;
• Implementation of regulations and instructions , control of their actions and application;
• Optimization of all processes and implementation of innovations;
• Interaction with executive authorities;
• Development and implementation of enterprise development strategies.

Basic requirements:

• Confirmed successful experience of system management of the company for 5 years or more;
• Deep knowledge in the field of operational management;
• System experience of optimizing business processes ( successful cases);
• Competence in strategic planning and business development;
• Entrepreneurial thinking style, excellent leadership and communication skills;
• High level of analytical and organizational skills;
• Purposefulness, initiative, results orientation, high level of responsibility.
