Scaling and optimization of service processes to increase efficiency and profitability. Effective implementation and management of a call center for constant and operational support Defining and implementing service standards to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Strategic development and profitability. Creation of detailed technical policies and procedures, taking into account current and future needs. Continuous product improvement process through close cooperation with R&D and commercial direction. Establishing teamwork within the team and effective cooperation with stakeholders. Motivation and team development to achieve high service standards. Basic requirements: Higher technical and/or economic education 3 years + management experience Experience in successful management of a service center and/or call center, the ability to build an effective work system aimed at profitability. Deep understanding of production processes and economic complexities. High leadership qualities, experience in development and personnel motivation. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative approaches. The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and market requirements. Personal qualities: Stress resistance and the ability to effectively manage in conditions of a high work pace. achieving results.
