TRANSBUDTECHNIKA LLC transport and logistics company is looking for a professional, experienced and proactive director who will help ensure stability and effective management of the company's resources. 

Responsibilities:

• management of all activities of the transport and logistics company;
• cooperation with the business owner in terms of development company and development of activity strategy;
• organization and implementation of the business process of providing services with participation in tender procedures;
• search for new promising areas of business, launch and management of new projects;
• negotiations with potential partners;
• work on proposals to improve and optimize the company's activities;
• organization and control of staff work and effective interaction of all structural divisions;
• li>control and coordination of operational processes in the company;
• achieving financial indicators, contributing to the development of the company.

Requirements for the candidate:< /p>

• successful experience in the management position of the director of a transport and logistics enterprise, director/manager of transport logistics and similar positions - from 1-5 years;
• higher education (preferably in the field of logistics );
• knowledge of business processes and functions of transport logistics;
• knowledge of tender procedures, work experience in conducting tenders for the implementation of works and services related to the logistics services of the enterprise;
• effective management and organization of work;
• financial planning skills, high analytical abilities;
• outstanding organizational and leadership qualities.
