We will be glad to see a candidate in the team of professionals who: Has experience in managing the lease of a shopping center / shopping center. Is able to analyze the work and problems of tenants. Knows the commercial real estate market in detail. The main tasks that await you: Participation in the development of the concept of the development strategy of the shopping center BC. Control of the implementation of plans for the revenue and expenditure part of the shopping center/shopping center/BC. Organization and control of the search for tenants, conducting a contract campaign. Control and assistance in the organization of concluding agreements by department employees. Control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations by tenants (including control of receivables). Making operational decisions on tenant problems. Participation in the development of marketing research aimed at increasing the flow of visitors to shopping malls/malls/biological centers. Direct management of the department's activities. Reporting to the top management of the Company on the state of the department's work, preparation of statistical and analytical reports. Planning the department's work and ensuring the implementation of work plans. Management of the department team. Orientation in the trends of the commercial real estate market.
