As they continue to expand our presence in the market, they are seeking a talented Full Desk Recruiter to join our team.Position Overview: As director of recruitment specializing in the supply chain industry, you will be responsible for both new business development and recruitment efforts. You will leverage your expertise in the supply chain sector to identify and cultivate relationships with clients and candidates alike, driving growth and success for both the company and our partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand their client base within the supply chain industry.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Identify, source, and engage top talent within the supply chain sector through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure alignment with client requirements.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in supply chain recruitment to provide valuable guidance and expertise to clients and candidates.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including other recruiters, account managers, and leadership, to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in recruitment and business development, with a focus on the supply chain industry preferred.Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, trends, and challenges, with the ability to effectively communicate and navigate within this space.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards.
