Рекрутинг студентівРозробка та виконання маркетингового плану для залучення нових студентів до програми, досягнення квартальних показників щодо кількості залучених студентів на платну та безоплатну участь (за підтримки фахівця з маркетингу)Координування інформаційних сесій для студентів та орієнтаційних сесій для студентів, які відбуваються онлайн; менеджмент невеликої команди тренерів Співпраця з директором з онбордингу для забезпечення відповідності процесу онбордингу потребам студентів, максимізуючи відсоток студентів, які продовжують навчання з моменту подачі першої заявки до моменту прийняття в програму. We're hiring a Director of Student Recruitment and Experience to attract new students to the program and maximize the quality of current students' learning experience. Student Recruitment Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to recruit students to the program, hitting quarterly benchmarks for paid and free student numbers (with support of a student marketing associate) Oversee virtual student information sessions and student orientation sessions; manage small team of trainers Work closely with Director of Onboarding to ensure the onboarding process meets student needs, maximizing the percentage of students who persist from initial application to match Work closely with Director of Communications to leverage ENGin’s social media channels and website to attract new studentsStudent ExperienceMaintain high levels of student satisfaction with the programImplement a communication strategy with students including biweekly newsletters and automated check-in emails. Oversee the creation of engaging and informative social media content targeted towards students across various channels. Manage student-related website pages and sections on the ENGin Platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant. Proactively monitor and address student concerns, collaborating with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions for both immediate and long-term student experience improvements. Develop and execute a comprehensive student support plan, offering resources and guidance to empower student success. Collaborate with the development team to address technical issues affecting the student experience, driving improvements as needed. Oversee student resources, including learning materials, special program opportunities (e.g., Pro Learning, Communities, Mock Interviews, CV checks), and student certificates.Execute email communication strategies targeting alumni and students who have dropped out, aiming to maintain engagement.
