About The Role

Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for the crucial role of Director Security Operations (SecOps). This key position is a cornerstone of our digital transformation journey and reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

As the Director of Security Operations, you will be at the forefront of shaping and evolving our SecOps capabilities. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including incident response in collaboration with strategic suppliers, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and breach simulations. You will ensure that our organization is continuously conducting security testing and prepared to respond to security incidents.
