Key duties of the position:
- Strategic planning:
- Development of long-term and current commercial strategies, sales and profit goals.
- Analysis of the market, competitors and search for new opportunities for development
- Management sales:
- Management of branches/regions, formation/adaptation of sales plans in accordance with the market and company strategy;
- Organization of work with distributors, branches, development of motivational models for relevant categories/positions;
- Attraction of new clients, development of relations with existing ones.
- Marketing and promotion:
- Market research, formation of proposals for brand promotion
- Pricing and finance:
- Formation of pricing policy, discount sizes and conditions supplies.
- Participation in budgeting, control over the effective use of financial and material resources
- Team and process development:
- Team building and development, staff training.
- Implementation of change/adaptation of analytics systems, CRM and optimization of business processes
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 3 years of work experience with sales teams of over 100 people in management positions in FMCG companies.
- Mandatory knowledge of the market and specifics of work in FMCG distribution.
- Responsibility, decency, purposefulness, focus on results, energy.
