TD "Brusilivski kovbasy" is expanding its team and looking for an Operations Director of the retail network

We have been working on the market since 2001, steadily developing a network of stores in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and the regions. Today it is more than 200 outlets, daily operations and a scale that requires a strong leader.
And right now we are looking for a person who will help make our network even more efficient, modern and profitable.

Who are we looking for?

A professional who sees the business more broadly than just operational tasks.
 A person with character, responsibility and skill work with a large amount of data.
Someone who can take the network "under the wing" - from the work of teams to opening new points and raising quality standards.

What you will need to do:

• Manage the operational activities of 200+ stores in two regions.
• Build the work of teams, increase their efficiency and quality of service.
• Analyze sales, plan purchases and manage key indicators.
• Implement standards, optimize processes and monitor their implementation.
• Prepare reports and analytics for management.
• Participate in opening new stores, improving existing ones and working with locations.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience of operational management in a retail network FMCG.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and make decisions based on data.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in store development — from idea to launch.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Kyiv and Zhytomyr.
