Director of Residential Leasing in The Moinian Group

We are looking to hire an experienced Director of Residential Leasing, with a passion for delivering and ensuring excellent customer service. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy real estate office environment, are paramount. Candidates must be team players who take initiative and are detail-oriented, with proven talent in problem-solving. Strong communication skills are also essential. Job Description:· Manage leasing operations, marketing, and pricing for all residential rental properties (~4,000 units under management)· Update pricing and incentives continuously to ensure full understanding of negotiability within the market. · Oversee in-house leasing staff and their operations. Liaison between on-site/off-site leasing staff and corporate · Manage and motivate leasing associates and coach presentations to increase conversion· Work with Marketing team to ensure digital and print advertising is accurate and proper.· Generate weekly portfolio reports for the Board of Directors.· Interact with Residential Brokerage Firms to generate business.· Give property tours to partners and banks to discuss features and amenities of the buildings· Work in partnership with property management staff to help them prepare renewal terms and packages.· Manage Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software.· Collaborate with predevelopment team on design, layouts and programming for future properties.· Strategic thinker that can evaluate individual apartment lines and recommend strategy for absorption Job Requirements: · Minimum of 3-5 years' residential experience in new developments or residential leasing/sales within the New York market· Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a management role · Strong ability to interact successfully with potential residents · Strong reporting and analytical skills· Asset Management experience highly desired· Previous exposure to Yardi and Salesforce a plus· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment· Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel· Must be detail-oriented with excellent organization skills Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels · Professional demeanor Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Административная деятельность Отрасли Недвижимость
