 - Develop an R&D strategy for the bakery and confectionery sectors, aligned with the business goals of the holding.
 - Create and improve the recipes of bakery and confectionery products in accordance with modern market trends and consumer preferences.
- Initiate and manage innovative projects aimed at improving product quality and optimizing costs.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Cooperate with marketing, sales, production departments to launch new products on the market.
- Interact with raw material suppliers, research centers, laboratories.
- Manage the R&D team (technologists, chemists, analysts), motivate her to achieve high results.
 
 Our expectations:
 - Experience in a managerial position in the field of R&D in the food industry (bakery, confectionery direction — mandatory) from 5 years.
 - Higher education in the field of food technology, chemistry, biotechnology or related disciplines.
 - Understanding of modern trends in the food industry (healthy food, functional products, ecological packaging).
- Leadership skills, the ability to organize the work of a team and inspire it to new achievements.
