Production Development Director in Deliciya, PP

We produce more than 60 types of products: sugar and butter cookies, whipped desserts, waffles, custard gingerbread and much more. The company's products are in demand in more than 20 countries of the world, but we do not stop there.

In connection with active development, we are looking for: Production Director in the city of Bucha

The main tasks of the position:

• Develops and implements a production strategy
• Coordinates production, procurement, logistics services, quality control, technical and technologists, ensuring consistency of actions between these divisions
• Develops production plans and analyzes key performance indicators of the production line, identifies bottlenecks and implements measures to eliminate them in order to achieve the sales plan and overall production strategy, taking into account: of production capacities
• Optimizes the loading of production capacities and distributes production resources in such a way as to avoid downtime or overloading of equipment, monitors the uniform loading of production personnel
• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of production:
1. Responsible for compliance with the norms and standards of the received certifications in the production processes
2. Responsible for passing audits on the proper levels
3. Ensures compliance with product quality requirements in accordance with international standards
• Predicts possible production failures (equipment stoppage, scheduled/unscheduled equipment repair work, lack of personnel, etc.) and develops back-up scenarios to minimize the impact of unforeseen situations
• Supports innovations in production processes, including the introduction of new technologies, automation of business processes, data exchange and equipment modernization. Develops and implements measures to re-equip and modernize production facilities
• Organizes and implements measures to optimize production, procurement, logistics and technological processes of the company
• Develops and manages the budget of the assigned area, carries out planning and optimization of costs, their plan-fact analysis
• Optimizes business processes of the subordinate area, is responsible for formalization and development of internal work standards
• Implements measures to reduce the cost of production without harming its quality
• Implements measures to reduce energy consumption in production, develops and implements measures to re-equip and modernize production facilities
• Controls compliance with the level of production costs from the point of view of efficiency and fulfillment of the planned production budget
• Controls the commissioning of new production facilities lines 
• Responsible for providing management reporting to the top management of the company regarding the results of the production line 

Who we see in this position:

• Higher educationand in the field of engineering, manufacturing, food technology, economics or management
• Knowledge / education in the field of production management (e.g. Lean Manufacturing) is an advantage
• At least 5-7 years of experience in management positions in the field of food production
• In-depth knowledge of production technologies, planning, resource management and quality control
• High organizational skills, ability to effectively manage teams and by subdivisions
• Skills in strategy development and implementation, project management, process optimization
• Strong skills in analyzing production indicators and interpreting data for making strategic decisions
• Resistance to stress, ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), knowledge of CRM systems, 1C
