  • Experience in production management of 3 years or more
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts that regulate the order of the enterprise
  • High organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the concept of lean production, Kaizen, 5S, WCM, PDCA methods
  • Experience in automation of production accounting systems and process optimization
  • Skills in working with Microsoft Office, Google Documents, MS Project, Odoo, etc. ERP.
  must do:
  • Effective production management to ensure timely implementation of plans and achievement of company goals.
  • Use of lean manufacturing concepts, KAIZEN methodology, 5S, WCM, PDCA.
  • Control of the implementation of plans within the framework of the relevant terms.
  • Automation of the production accounting system and optimization of production processes.
  • Contributing to increasing the capacity of assets by minimizing unnecessary production costs.
  • Implementation of additional reports and necessary documentation.
  • Constant communication with top management and with different departments of the company.
  • Work in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, MS Project, Odoo, etc. ERP.
