Director of production in TAS Poltavvagon, TOV

Hello! What you will be doing:

• Organize and control all production processes to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of orders;
• Manage the team of the production unit, motivate and support the professional development of employees;
• Optimize production processes, implement new technologies and solutions to increase efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with labor safety standards and environmental regulations;
• Cooperate with other company departments to achieve common business goals;
• Responsible for planning, cost control and implementation of the production budget.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has a higher education (technical or engineering would be an advantage);
• Has 2 years of experience in management positions in production;
• Has the skills of team management and organization of production processes;
• Able to analyze production indicators and make effective decisions;
• Knows the basics of labor safety and production standards;
• Responsible, communicative, ready to take responsibility for the result.
