Vacancy: Production Director

Location: Sheptytskyi Food Production

Your key tasks:

• Full management of areas: production, transport, construction

• Organization of effective processes for stable production operation

• Personnel management: team, development, result

• Coordination of service units and control of daily tasks

• Optimization of costs, increase in productivity, modernization

• Control of quality standards, safety equipment, technical condition

• Cooperation with logistics, analytics, HR, procurement, sales

• Implementation of development plans, resource management, innovation

What we expect:

• Higher education (technical / economic / technological)

• Experience in production management (2+ years), preferably in the food industry

• Understanding Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision

• Experience in using Excel, 1C, Bitrix
