Confectionery company "Monarch" is looking for a responsible and experienced HR Director for its team

Obov' responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of personnel management strategies;

- Organization of the process of selection and hiring of personnel;

- Conducting training and training for employees;

- Monitoring compliance with the company's internal standards.

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of personnel management or related;

- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;

- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities;

- Ability to work in high-tempo and stressful conditions.
