We are currently looking for a Director of Organizational DevelopmentResponsibilities: Organization, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company's management system. Implementation and development of process management in the company's activities, increasing the level of organizational maturity; Implementation of a strategic management system: formation of a strategic map of the company's goals; system monitoring of the implementation of strategic initiatives; development and optimization of the company's business process architecture. formation of a KPI system for monitoring the efficiency of business processes of divisions; Optimization of the organizational structure, in accordance with the approved operating model of the company. Determining the optimal composition of management positions, the number of divisions, their functions, powers, and interactions necessary for the effective implementation of existing business processes and the achievement of the set strategic goals of the company. Development and implementation of responsibility matrices; Increasing the level of development of the company's processes. Identification of opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement; Development and implementation of organizational documents (procedures, regulations, instructions). formation of the knowledge base by corporate documentation; Organization of the work and effective functioning of the project office of the company. Development and management of a change/project management system. monitoring the implementation of business process development plans; diagnosis and monitoring of the company's operating model, continuous optimization and improvement of business processes in order to increase the efficiency of business management and increase profits; Methodological support of the company's structural divisions in matters of organizational design and change management We are looking for an expert who has experience in: Creation of RACI-matrices (formalization of areas of responsibility); Building and updating processes and organizational structures of international offices; Implementation of projects related to the launch and development of new areas of activity/branches; Supporting the implementation of own IT systems; Development of BP architecture and implementation of process management; Increasing the level of organizational maturity of the company; Development of documentation and knowledge base formation [templates, regulations, forms, instructions, orders, etc.]; Business process automation; Change management/Project management; Creation of PMI (Post Merger Interaction) mechanisms.
