The city is Kyiv or Odesa. Your skills: 1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of production, especially in the field of hard production or the production of UAVs. 2. Experience in managing production processes, including procurement, logistics and personnel management. 3. High organizational skills and the ability to work in conditions of a high rate of production. 4. Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.5. Ability to work with software for production and process management. The team expects from you: 1. Production process management: 1.1. Setting up the uninterrupted operation of shops according to the schedule in order to optimize the production process and system output of products. 1.2. Coordination of procurement of raw materials and materials for production. 2. Personnel management: 2.1 Recruitment and selection of qualified workers for production. 2.2 Management of teams of workers in workshops and coordination of their activities. 2.3 Cooperation with managers of other factories to achieve common goals. 2.4. Formation of the motivation system, KPI's. 3. Management of document flow: 3.1 Ensuring the correct execution of necessary documents for production. 3.2 Control over the documentation of the production process and ensuring its proper preservation. 4. Use of software: 4.1 Ability to work with software for production in order to effectively manage production and solve problems.
