Responsibilities and requirements:

• Higher education;
• Accountability to the president of the company;
• Purpose of activity: assistance to the president on certain issues of the activities of groups of companies and creation of conditions that ensure maximum effectiveness of the president's work ;
• Successful experience of managing a medium/large business (from 1,000 employees) with direct reporting to the company president;
• Make business trips to solve individual issues;
• Experience work with founders\co-owners participating in the management of the company;
• Collect and receive materials and information from various external sources, which is necessary for the president of the company, as well as provide it with analysis; 
• Control over the work of a group of companies. Supervision of day-to-day operations and management of processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Analysis of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness. Identify problem areas, deviations, identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement;
• High level of leadership qualities, ability to control team work;
• Purpose, initiative, result orientation, high level of responsibility;
• Active life position, ambition.
