Requirements:?

?University degree in Medical education with postgraduate training in occupational pathology and a certificate of Occupational Health.

? Experience in working in the field of health protection in industrial enterprises. Knowledge of international health and industrial Occupational Health practices.

? Understanding potential hazards in the workplace, including the toxic properties of materials used.

?Ability to manage the provision of medical services in the field of diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases and injuries.

?Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, health education, and government regulations related to workplace health.

 Responsibilities:

Management of records of the Department of Health Protection in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian and international legislation.

Coordination of the exchange of information on health and safety with divisions of the enterprise and the corporate division for health and safety.

Monitoring the health status of workers; consulting employees during various types of medical examinations.

Assessment of working conditions to identify health risks in the workplace.

Assessing the risks of the occurrence and development of occupational diseases of workers, developing measures to prevent these risks.

Participation in the development and updating of the register of hazards at work and consultations on the use of chemical products.

mplementation of a program on office and industrial ergonomics and consultations on workplace planning.

Consultation, information, awareness raising, training in the areas of hygiene, ergonomics, health education and vocational rehabilitation.

Organization of a first aid program.

Implementation of a program for the rehabilitation of workers, with the goal of rapid recovery and return of employees to work after injuries.

Organization of psychological support (prevention of post-traumatic stress) and psychosocial risk management programs.
