Brand gatekeeper responsible for oversight of brand utilization, graphic representation, and management. Responsible for digital media strategy including all marketing assets: website, social media, Chamber television show, member-centric magazine, newsletter messaging and other utilized assets. This role is also part of the team to develop world-class memorable events through successful member-focused brand activation. This individual will be the voice of the brand, while maintaining the integrity of the organization.As a servant leader of the community, the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy delivers support to our Vegas Chamber membership through branded events, and media assets. Support includes, but is not limited to, targeted content production, branded graphics, presentation for sales and events, as well as creating new resources aimed to connect the Chamber, its members, and the community.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/OBJECTIVES:Responsible for creation and supervision of annual budget for Marketing departmentResponsible for creating and implementing a segmented marketing plan that ensures the proper member and public awareness of the Chamber's role, reflects the strategic vision of the Chamber’s business development goals, and maximizes the commercial impact of content producedResponsible for the overall branding of the Vegas Chamber and representation in marketDesign and oversee the development/maintenance of a content strategy that supports and extends initiatives across the organization, using analytics to optimize content types and drive engagement, conversions, and sales and retention effortsExhibit compelling storytelling through all content and use of digital and social media platformsDevelop and mentor Marketing team members to assist them in reaching professional goalsResponsible for the oversight of all branded Chamber materials, including working cross-departmentally on development and implementation of membership packages, campaigns, and other business development initiatives; printed and digital pieces; broadcast announcements; website; on-hold messages; social media; video content; testimonials; blogging; and other miscellaneous media exposure and special projectsPublisher and managing editor of the “Taking Care of Business” magazineExecutive producer of the Vegas Chamber “Taking Care of Business” television showServe as the key liaison for the Executive Women’s Council, support the Chair of the Executive Women’s Council and the Steering committeeLead the vision and implementation for the awarded Clark County Grant, focused on “Workforce Portal” to connect local residents to sustainable employment and education/upskillingJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism and/or similarAt least 8 years’ experience as marketing directorStrong verbal and written communication skills including writing, editing and proofreadingProficiency in sales, advertising planning and execution, research, and public relationsPrior management, staff development and supervision experienceExcellent mastery of written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of print and broadcast production techniques, social media and Internet communications strategiesExperience in SEO/SEM best practicesServant leadership approach preferredKnowledge of research techniquesPrior experience in budget preparation and line-item analysis of expendituresOther duties as assigned Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Маркетинг и Продажи Отрасли Некоммерческие организации
