We are looking for a person who will come in as a co-owner and close marketing. Vacancy description The head of the company temporarily lives in Spain and in the near future will supervise the company's activities remotely. The company is a Spanish-Ukrainian startup that will be engaged in the introduction of the cashback program and the subsequent integration of crypto currency into the program. We need you if you will: • Participate in the formation of strategic initiatives and marketing plans and directly implement them together with the Sales Department; • Conduct work to attract new customers (lead generation), find new channels and sources of traffic attraction. We are ready to provide autonomy in decision-making, regarding the choice of channels and sources of traffic and the necessary advertising budgets, provided they are substantiated;• Work with social. networks, develop and implement the strategy of SMM activities (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram); promotion, optimization and digital advertising (WEB developer, SEO, PPC specialist) and involve others as necessary. Analyze the results of their work;• You will analyze the results of the work and provide relevant reports and recommendations to the management. Our ideal candidate should have the following qualities and experience:• he is creative, interested and has experience in SEO promotion of sites as a manager of this type of projects;• experience working with contractors. If you have your own SEO experience and skills, it will be a significant plus; • develop proposals to increase the effectiveness of channels and sources, increase conversions; • experience with CRM systems, digital telephony will be a big plus; To be honest, disciplined and open.
