Area of responsibility and tasks:

Development and implementation of a marketing strategy:

• Analysis of the medical services market, competitors and target audience;
• Study and segmentation CA;
• Formation of short-term and long-term plans taking into account the goals of the network.

Advertising:

• Development and control of the execution of advertising campaigns (online and offline); 
• Development of digital marketing;
• Control of content strategy in social networks and on the clinic website.
• Management of client experience:
• Organization of customer attraction and retention;
• measurement of customer satisfaction.

Analytics and reporting:

• Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
• cost recovery on marketing.

Team management:

• Formation and development of the function team;
• Setting tasks, coordination of work.

Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing, economics, management). The presence of professional certificates will be an advantage.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategies, promotion tools and analytics.
• Experience with budgets and planning.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SMM, Google Ads).
