Director of Marketing in Resorcer

For our client - a manufacturer of metal-plastic and aluminum windows and doors, which has been working in Ukraine for 20 years and is one of the TOP-3 largest companies on the market, we are looking for a Marketing Director. 
The company is a supplier of its products throughout the country and exports them to dozens of countries.

What to do:

• Form a marketing strategy that will bring the company to the top place in the Ukrainian market and will help to grow in exports.
• Plan and launch bright advertising campaigns — from digital to large-scale offline activities
• Manage all communication channels: advertising, PR, SEO, SMM, PPC, exhibitions and events.
• Organize the company's participation at industry events and international exhibitions.
• Manage the assortment policy of the company.

What is expected from the candidate:

• Successful cases of developing and implementing strategies that really increased sales and made the brand more famous.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is a big plus.
• Owning modern marketing tools (SMM, SEO, PPC, PR).
• English is a plus.
