Meest China is an international postal and logistics company specializing in the delivery of commercial cargo and postal parcels from China to Ukraine and to a number of countries around the world. The goal of the position of the Director of International Development is to stimulate business growth, opening representative offices abroad with the help of the launch team. Connections: development and implementation of the company's development strategy on the international market; creation of models for entering the international market; evaluation of the prospects and effectiveness of new markets; conducting marketing and other analytical market research; designing and ensuring all processes for opening representative offices; managing the launch team for opening new representative offices; conducting negotiations and supporting legal and organizational issues related to the opening of a representative office; organizing the interaction of the department with other functions in the Company; creating the organizational foundation of the international development department; budgeting. Requirements: experience in opening representative offices and branches in other countries; experience in developing strategies, models for entering international market; experience in project work; experience in managing marketing market research; knowledge of the English language at levels B2-C1 and above (spoken and written); communication skills, team management skills, negotiation, business orientation, leadership.
