You are our candidate if: you have at least 3 years of experience as an IT director or deputy; you have high expertise in planning and implementing information systems; you have deep knowledge of technological trends and innovations , excellent leadership and communication skills; Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, digital marketing strategies, digital technologies, cyber security best practices and their application in business; able to work in conditions of rapid change and adapt to new situations. In our team you will: develop and implement an information technology strategy that corresponds to the business - to the needs and strategic goals of the company. To manage three key units in the IT department: system administrators, programmers and auxiliary IT specialists. To organize and coordinate the implementation processes of new technologies and digital solutions. Ensure efficient use of the department's resources and budget. Ensure a high level of information security and compliance with legislation and industry standards. Develop a comprehensive plan for the digital transformation of the company's business processes (implementation of digital services for internal and external users) Work transparently.
