International consulting company Crowe Mikhailenko is looking for an experienced candidate to join its team to organize and support effective HR processes of recruiting, adaptation, management motivation, attestation and evaluation of personnel.

 The candidate must possess the following basic skills and knowledge:

- labor legislation of Ukraine;< /font>

- communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts ;

- the ability to organize and conduct trainings for employees aimed at on the development of their professional skills;

- skills of working with databases data and HR systems for personnel accounting;

- ? organization and maintenance of military records;

- ability to analyze data, to identify trends and forecast the company's personnel needs;

- ?the ability to search for narrow-profile specialists for the company's clients;

- ability to work in a team;

- experience in project development and implementation with personnel management, including projects for personnel training and development, improvement of work processes and company culture

Proficiency in foreign languages ​​will be an advantage.
