Educational and course combine strong> - provides professional and technical training, training, retraining and advanced training of workers and engineering and technical workers for the needs of JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya". 

Ukrgazvydobuvanny JSC - the largest gas producing company in Central and Eastern Europe and:

• extracts 70% of natural gas;
• specializes in the production of gas condensate;
• units 11 branches in different regions;
• is part of the Naftogaz group.

• management of the activities of the NCC for training, retraining, advanced training of personnel and other activities of the training and course combine, development of plans for training and advanced training of employees for all types of training and control over their implementation and the quality of the educational process;

• organization of the work of attestation and qualification commissions for taking exams, proper equipment and development of the material base of the NCC in accordance with the scope and nature of personnel training, management work on entering relevant information about educational activities into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education, ensuring and controlling the registration and issuing of certificates (certificates) on the assignment of a profession or upgrading of qualifications;

• organization and management of work on the formation of the budget, financial plan according to the NCC, use of funds as intended.

Expectations from the candidate:

• work experience in the field of personnel management for at least 5 years in companies with more than 500 employees for at least 5 years;

  
  

• understanding the principles and basics of corporate governance;

• ability to solve technical issues and support the efficient functioning of equipment and other equipment.

• negotiation skills;

• focus on the result, flexibility,communicability, responsibility, concern for the results of one's own and team work;

• availability of management experience in oil and gas industry enterprises (as an advantage).

Basic requirements:

• higher education in law, personnel management or economics;
• work experience in lower-level managerial professions - at least 5 years;
• understanding of modern approaches to training and development of training programs, the basic principles of developing educational and methodological documentation, the basics of keeping records of educational and production work, issuing certificates of assignment profession or advanced training, modern management and management methods, the procedure for concluding and executing business contracts;

• excellent command of office programs.
