We expect from the candidate: Work experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field; Financial literacy; Ability to manage project teams; Proven successful experience of opening a branch "from scratch"; High communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with different types of people; Ability to make quick and effective decisions; Ability to organize the work of a team and create a stimulating environment; Purposefulness, focus on results. Functional responsibilities: Development and implementation of the opening of a branch network; Execution of project planning; Management of project teams, ability to set KPI's; Execution of project control; Control of project budgets; Opening of a representative office of the company "from scratch" - "on a turnkey basis" center; a decent level of income (permanent part + bonus before opening a branch); work schedule 5/2 40-hour work week; official employment and social guarantees; discounted medical care for employees and their close relatives.
