Director of construction projects in SUPERLYuDI, BLAGODIYNA ORGANIZACIYa, Blagodiyniy Fond

Superhumans Center is an all-Ukrainian modern war trauma center specializing in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support of adults and children affected by war since 2022.

What is needed to do:

• Be personally present at the construction site in Odessa and carry out daily control of work performance.
• Control compliance with work schedules, quality of materials, execution technologies and technical requirements.
• Accept completed work, conduct technical inspections and monitor the elimination of deficiencies.
• Coordinate work with the general contractor and promptly resolve work issues questions.
• Control compliance with the terms of contracts, standards and technical decisions.
• Select, coordinate and manage the engineering and technical team.
• Implement customer service processes and manage team effectiveness.
• Control the construction budget and optimize costs.
• Review estimates, acts, purchases and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
• Ensure savings of at least 5% on materials without loss of quality.
• Create and maintain detailed work schedules and prepare weekly reports.
• Analyze risks and respond in a timely manner to prevent work delays.
• Control compliance of works with DBN and internal standards of BO BF "SUPERLUDY".
• Ensure elimination of defects before handing over the object.
• Make mandatory business trips to Superhumans locations (Lviv, Dnipro, Kyiv).

What we expect from you:

• Higher technical education (construction, energy, engineering, mechanical or related).
• Experience of working in a similar position for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of construction processes, work performance technologies and DBN requirements.
• Experience of daily construction site management and quality control of works and materials.
• Experience of coordinating contractors and managing engineering and technical team.
• Experience in working with contracts (terms, terms, technical solutions).
• Skills in working with estimates, acts, procurement and negotiating with suppliers.
• Ability to plan: create schedules, analyze risks, prepare reports.
• High level of responsibility, attention to details, ability to make quick decisions solution.
