Main tasks:

  • Organization and control of technological construction management.
  • Close interaction and cooperation with by internal customers at all stages of construction
  • Participation in drafting and adjusting the project budget.
  • Monitoring compliance with the budget.
  • Improving the organization of production and implementing progressive construction methods in order to reducing costs for construction work and improving quality.
  • Participation in the development of long-term and current capital construction plans.
  • Adherence to established construction duration norms.
  • Organization and control conclusion of economic and financial contracts with subcontractors.
  • Control of execution of contractual obligations by design and construction organizations.

 Work experience /knowledge/skills: 

  • Work experience at similar positions in agro-industrial companies with a large number of construction projects at various stages of implementation.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and manage changes in the organization.
  • Deep understanding of construction technologies, processes and materials.
  • Knowledge of modern standards and norms in construction (including international standards, if necessary).
  • Experience in managing large construction projects from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
