We invite an active, proactive, experienced leader who will confidently lead the enterprise team for a vacancy — DIRECTOR OF THE ENTERPRISE.

Main functional duties:

• management of all activities of the cleaning company;
• organization of the full cycle of the process of operational, high-quality cleaning in post-construction cleaning, general cleaning in apartments, houses, offices, shopping centers, regular cleaning, dry cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture, etc.;
• cooperation with business owner in terms of enterprise development and strategy development;
• organization and control of personnel work;
• control and coordination of operational processes in the organization;
• expansion of the client base, achievement of financial indicators, contribution to the development of the company;
• participation in the development of long-term goals of the enterprise.

Our wishes to the candidate:

• successful experience in the managerial position of Director/Head of a cleaning company or similar positions - from 2-3 years;
• knowledge of business processes and functions of operational cleaning;
• experience of working with VIP clients;
• knowledge and experience of working with professional chemistry, treatment of sensitive surfaces, etc.;
• effective management and organization of the work of the entire cleaning team;
• financial planning skills, high analytical abilities;
• customer orientation;
• outstanding organizational and leadership qualities.
