Responsibilities: Organization and implementation of business process automation in a group of companies. Communication with customers and the formation of a list of implementation tasks. Construction of a project calendar plan in accordance with primary information (goal, project deadlines). demonstration of the system to the customer and agreement on the need to customize the system to the needs of the customer's business. Creation of technical tasks for developers in order to supplement the functionality of the system in accordance with the needs of the customer's business. the customer's business works in the system. Creation of training materials and user instructions. Informational support for employees of the customer's business regarding the use of the system.
