We invite for a permanent position the director (manager) of an agricultural enterprise.

Requirements:

1. higher education;
2. as an advantage: knowledge of the basics of agronomy and understanding of agricultural production (plant breeding);
3. successful experience of managing enterprises and departments, experience of working with people, managing teams;
4. work with the budget: creation, protection , execution of work within the budget;
5. PC knowledge at the level of an advanced user (Word, Excel) ;
6. communicativeness, an active life position, responsibility, organizational skills, the desire to improve the production process.

Terms of use:

1. official employment;
2. registration of postponement (reservations);
3. timely payment of s/p (2 times /month), a competitive salary based on the results of the interview;
4. a company car and a PC.

Obligations:

1. planning, organization and constant control of all technological processes;
2. ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise in the agricultural sector and the implementation of planned indicators;
3. ensuring the timeliness and quality of all types of field and preparatory work;
4. team management, staffing, working out the structure of the enterprise, optimization of production processes;
5. work with share holders and local self-government bodies.

Areas of work:

• technical and grain crops;
• vegetable group (green peas, sweet corn);
• current farming and mechanized workshops.
