Position: Country Manager

About the Role:
As the Country Manager, you will be at the helm of our new venture into the online personal loans market. You will be responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of our services, ensuring that we meet the financial needs of individuals with efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Market Mastery: Gain an in-depth understanding of the local online lending market, including customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends.

•  Traffic Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality traffic to our online platforms, leveraging both organic and paid channels.

•  Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with online lending and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of our operations and customer data.

Qualifications:
•  Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in online lending or related fields.

•  Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO to drive traffic and user acquisition.

•  Experience in risk assessment and the implementation of risk management protocols.

•  Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
