About the company

The production company for the processing of agricultural raw materials (straw pellets, KAHL equipment) is forming a management team for a full-fledged start-up and stabilization of the plant.

The project is long-term.

The task is a systematic start-up of production with the formation of a stable technical and management structure.

The main goal of the position

Start the plant in production mode and bring the company to production. for stable operation with the achievement of 70% of the design capacity within 60 days.

Key tasks

1. Technical start-up

Conducting a full audit of the condition of the equipment

Organization of a cold run

Start-up on raw materials in stages (20–40–60–70%)

Coordination of the work of the chief engineer, control system, mechanic

2. Formation of the team

Selection of key technical specialists

Setting tasks and control of execution

Organization of change discipline

3. Process management

Formation of start-up regulations

Organization of the reporting system

Formation of insurance stock of spare parts

Control of the start-up budget

4. Safety

Fire safety control

Production discipline control

Minimization of emergency stops

KPI (bonus payment conditions)

Bonus in the amount of 1 monthly salary is paid when:

Achieving ?70% of design capacity

Stable work without critical accidents 20 workers days from 30

Execution of the start-up budget

Requirements:

Experience in managing a production enterprise

Experience in starting or modernizing production is desirable

Understanding mechanics, automation and processing technology

Ability to work in crisis mode

Willingness to be on the production site

Conditions jobs

Salary: 100,000 (negotiated depending on experience)

Bonus: 1 monthly salary upon reaching the design capacity

Compensation for housing rent under the lease or provision of office housing

Possible rotation schedule 5/2 or 10/4 (negotiated)
