Overall management of the operational, commercial, and administrative activities of the crewing company

Development and implementation of the company’s growth strategy, including expansion of the client base and market presence

Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with shipowners, ship operators, and ship management companies

Supervision of the recruitment, selection, employment, and crew rotation processes

Ensuring full compliance with MLC 2006, STCW, IMO requirements, as well as the legislation of Ukraine and flag states

Control over the accuracy and quality of seafarers’ documentation (certificates, contracts, visas, medical records, etc.)

Human resources management: recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation of company staff

Risk management and resolution of non-standard and crisis situations (crew changes, disputes, force majeure)
