Responsibilities: competently correspond with clients on Instagram in accordance with the style of the brand; freely own the store assortment and offer a successful combination of items; help customers solve their problems and answer all their questions; have minimal contact with the CRM system (view the status of the order, make amendments); maintain a positive atmosphere in direct mail and quickly respond to customer requests (using templates and own knowledge).
